Tune-Up

Get back in the game with a tune-up. This is a great treatment if you are recovering from an injury, want to find out what the root cause is for pain or discomfort, or just need some leveling out. During this treatment we may stretch, scrape, cup, manual work, and/or add some balance, mobility, and corrective exercises to the treatment.

Sports Massage

Don’t let injuries sideline you. Our sport massage focuses on releasing muscle tension and flushing out the muscles for a quicker recovery. We go DEEP.  This treatment can be paired with cupping and stretching.  When you aren’t performing at your peak, schedule an appointment with one of our massage therapists.

Sports Stretch

A critical component to your training. Without flexibility, you can’t reach your full athletic potential. Work with one of our sport therapists, as they help improve mobility, increase blood flow, decrease pain, and help reduce the risk of injury. 

Structural BodyWORK

Structural Bodywork is the combination of movement education and soft tissue manipulation to unbind the restrictions of the fascia lines and fascia layers of the body. This detailed bodywork can release chronic holding patterns and create balance in the body’s structure in relation to gravity. Through this style of bodywork we are able to decompress the joints, increase range of motion, achieve supported form and functional alignment during movement.

Semi-Private Performance Training

During these sessions, we pair like athletes and ages to maximize the services provided.  We focus on explosive power, speed and agility, and strength building.  This allows individuals of all levels to maintain or improve athletic performance both in or out of season. 

Performance Training

Ramp it up with one of our Athletic Trainers or sports performance coaches for performance training.   We will work on your strength, mobility, speed, and agility. This service is customized to fit the needs of each individual based on comprehensive assessment.

IV Therapy

When receiving vitamins through IV Therapy, your body absorbs the nutrients more effectively than taking oral vitamins by the nutrients directly entering the bloodstream. Our IV Therapies optimize your energy levels and athletic recovery and aid in immune support.

Infrared Sauna

The benefits of infrared saunas include helping relieve inflammation, stiffness, and soreness by increasing blood circulation and allowing the deep, penetrating infrared wave to relax muscles and carry off metabolic waste products to allow a faster recovery.

Hot & Cold Plunge

Recover faster by reducing muscle pain after an intense training session, strength training, or competition.  The post-workout ice bath is a common practice routine for many elite athletes, runners, and triathletes.
