Semi-Private Performance Training
During these sessions, we pair like athletes and ages to maximize the services provided. We focus on explosive power, speed and agility, and strength building. This allows individuals of all levels to maintain or improve athletic performance both in or out of season.
For all of our new clients, Ramp Athletics team initiates a 30 minute individualized consultation to distinguish areas of need and concern for your body. Work with one of our Certified Athletic Trainers or Licensed Massage therapists, and we will help direct you.
