Erin Johnson, Founder

Erin is the founder of Ramp Athletics. Her journey started as a Physical Therapist Assistant knowing that her ultimate goal was to work in orthopedics. Erin became a personal trainer and shortly after graduated from massage school. Over the next 22 years, utilizing all of her education and experience, she created exercise and recovery programs for her clients. She has worked with all ages: high school athletes, collegiate athletes, professional athletes, and the aging baby boomer.  Opening up RAMP Athletics has been a goal since 2014, when she sat down and wrote her first business plan.  Now it is time to watch it all come to fruition. Apart from the world of athletics and recovery, she loves to adventure in the great outdoors.

bRIAN kLOZIK, Athletic Trainer

Brian graduated  from The University of Findlay with a Bachelor’s Degree in Strength and Conditioning and earned his Master’s Degree in Athletic Training. Brian was also a student athlete on the university football team for the 5 years he was enrolled.  Brian’s experience as both a collegiate athlete and athletic trainer bring a first-hand perspective of the athletic training clinic and weight room. In addition to this, he has helped athletes recover from numerous sports injuries by encouraging and guiding them while they regain their pre-injury performance levels. He has a persuasive personality and friendly nature that helps him to connect and motivate clients to push hard to achieve their goals without overworking their bodies.Brian was born and raised in Shelby Twp, MI and currently resides in Clarkston, MI. Watching and playing sports, fishing, and being on the water are some of his favorite hobbies.

kYLE kNAPP, Athletic Trainer

Kyle is an Athletic Trainer and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He grew up in Royal Oak, Michigan and attended Michigan State University graduating (year?)with a double major in Athletic Training and Kinesiology. Through the course of his career he had the opportunity to work in a wide variety of settings including collegiate and high school athletics, physical therapy, and performance. 

Kyle now resides in Brighton with his fiancee and fellow ATC Paige Thornton and three cats, Draco, Diesel, and Dashing. He also loves the outdoors and sports, particularly fishing and disc golf.

aUDRIE bYRNE, Sports Massage Therapist

Audrie knew she wanted to do Massage Therapy as a career at age 15 when she started studying medical massage. She graduated from Utah College of Massage Therapy in 2009, and specialized in Structural Integration in 2012. Since then she has continued her studies in visceral massage, breath work, yoga instruction, and mind-body connection. When she’s not working she’s dancing and you might even see her bust a move between clients.


Dana is a Graduate of Irene’s Myomassology Institute, and also has an associate’s degree from Macomb Community College. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology in Movement Science at the University of Windsor. She has been very active in the sports community since she was a young child, and has found a way to transition that aspect into a career goal. She has experience with all levels of athletes ranging from High School, Collegiate, and Professional levels. When she isn’t working, she stays active with bowling and softball leagues, CrossFit, and any type of activity that keeps the body and mind active. She is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys being in nature, but when she isn’t enjoying the outdoors, a good movie and cuddling on the couch with her dogs is the perfect relaxing evening.

Joe Cencioni, IV nurse

Joe is an IV Nurse Specialist and Co-founder of Detroit IV Experience.  He has over 18 years of experience as a field medic and emergency department nurse in a busy level 1 trauma center.  He has extensive training in establishing IV access, caring for acutely ill patients, and nursing instruction.  He believes in wellness through prevention and that the cornerstone of any business should be based on outstanding patient experience and service.  

Michelle Wiener, Medical Director

Dr. Michelle Wiener is a board-certified Emergency Medicine Physician with over 13 years of clinical experience.  She obtained her Master’s degree at the University of Michigan in Cellular, Molecular, and Developmental Biology while completing her medical degree at the Wayne State University School of Medicine.  This gave her a unique perspective on the effect that various vitamins and minerals have on our signaling pathways and organ systems.  Dr. Wiener believes in a holistic approach to health and wellness.  She has helped to develop an IV program that supplements diet and exercise to optimize peak performance, recovery, and replace deficiencies that lead to aging and immune dysfunction.  

Mary Kopchick, Operations Manager

Mary’s journey has been an adventurous one! Having pursued and studied Education for four years, her path took a turn when she decided to change course to earn her Bachelor’s degree in Health Services Administration in 2015. During that time, she acquired over a decade’s worth of experience helping create smiles in the exciting world of Orthodontics. Mary’s career experience allowed her to master roles as a clinician, a manager and a sales treatment coordinator. When she’s not at work, she loves to spend time outdoors, at breweries, and petting dogs. Cheers!

Courtney Dent, Recovery Tech

Courtney is a Detroit native who earned her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Michigan State in May 2022 and plans to pursue graduate school within the next year. She is currently working on earning her personal training certification and is an AAU volleyball coach. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, painting, and running. 

Cass Ghiorse, Breath Coach

Cass Ghiorse is a seasoned teacher with 20+ years in the field, and the founder of MIDLINE. In addition to traveling for workshops and retreats, Cass runs an online studio where she offers private and group coaching on breathwork, integrative movement and life. Cass is a classically trained and former professional dancer. A certified Yoga teacher (RYT) since 2002, Cass most recently received her Breathwork Certification from Our Breath Collective and Functional Physiology Certification from Physiology First. In Cass’ class you’ll find a principle based yet playful approach to fitness, injury and embodiment. She creates a safe space for people’s curiosity and is known for her use of language, knowledge of bio mechanics and understanding of the nervous system. She is passionate and committed to helping others discover and trust their innate somatic intelligence. She currently lives in Michigan with her husband and two children.
